Online Store Manager

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the role

We are looking for an Online Store Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities include

  • Online store operations and asset management
  • Driving online sales and increasing website traffic
  • Maintaining the website including the upload of new product items, promotions and campaigns
  • Regularly auditing the website
  • Reporting the latest sales data to coordinate product progression and identifying trends
  • Manage customer transactions and ensure customers receive orders efficiently
  • Inventory Management
  • Managing the online team

The ideal candidate will have

  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience in an online store manager role and the managing of product uploads onto website
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills and can prioritize tasks
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets

Sales Assistant

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Merrylands & Bankstown

About the role

We are looking for sales assistants to join our Merrylands & Bankstown teams!  

Responsibilities include

  • Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Inventory and stock control
  • Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
  • Visual merchandising

The ideal candidate will have

  • Previous retail experience in a similar role but not required
  • Flexibility in availability, may be required to work Thursday late night and weekends
  • A can do attitude

About the role

We are looking for a female fitting model that is required to photograph for apparel pieces to display on our online website. Images will be used for advertising purposes.

Buyer

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location: Alexandria

About the role

We are looking for a buyer to work with in our design team located in our Head Office.

Responsibilities include

  • Performing budget analyses and preparing new arrivals
  • Negotiating prices 
  • Organizing the products (delivery, selecting the new and reviewing the old)
  • Helping to interpret reports and predicting future sales
  • Stock control
  • Meeting sales targets and revenue
  • Building and managing relationships with key suppliers to ensure great product offers and margins
  • Developing and managing new and existing contract negotiations

The ideal candidate will have

  • A broad background within the fashion retail industry, ideally 3+ years' experience
  • Degree qualified
  • Someone who is motivated and hardworking
  • Can work tight deadlines, stays calm and is flexible under pressure
  • Has a love for fashion and wants to build their career in the industry
