How do I know my order has been shipped?
After your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can see exactly where your package is and when it will reach you.
When will I receive my order?
All deliveries should arrive within 1– 3 business days (except for WA & TAS, which may take up to 7 working days) from your date of order.
How do I track my order?
We will send you an email after your order has been dispatched with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website we use so you can track your order. You can also retrieve your order tracking information through our website here.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not.
Do you restock products that are sold out?
We rarely restock items as we are fast paced and always want to focus on creating new products. Make sure to click the ‘Notify Me’ box on the product page, enter your details and we’ll send you an email if that item is back in stock. You can also head into one of our retail stores and check if it’s there too!
What are your sizes like?
We stock Australian womens size 08 – 16. Not all products are available in size 16 and may only run up to size 14. We strive to make our garments run true to size. You can access the Size Guide here for more reference.
What is your returns policy?
We can offer you an exchange or an online store credit. Click our Returns Policy for more information and how to return your item.
Can I return my item at a store?
Our stores do not accept returned items for a refund. Only exchanges are accepted.
What should I do if the item I received is faulty?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the fault on the item along with your name and order number. We will then organise a refund, store credit or exchange for you after the item has been returned to us.
How do I access my online store credit?
Log into your account on our website and your store credit will automatically appear as a payment option on the Checkout Page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay).
What is Afterpay and how does it work?
Afterpay offers simple instalment plans allowing a purchase to be paid in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply shop online as per usual and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. After you check out, your order will be shipped to you straight away. Afterpay will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.
