RETURNS POLICY

Q. Can I exchange or refund the items?

Items can be returned back to us for an online store credit or an exchange, but NO REFUNDS unless its FAULTY.

We do not accept returns for a simple change of mind.

 

Q. Conditions for returns?

Your items need to be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn / unwashed.

 

Q. How long do I have to return my item?

You can post your return back to us within 14 DAYS of receiving your items.

However, If you post your return after the 14 day period, you may be charged a late return fee.

 

Q. How do I return an item I purchased online?

A completed Return Slip with details of your name, order number and reason for return is required.

 

For online store credit and exchange:

  1. Contact us for the reason
  2. Get the Return Slip from us
  3. Fill out the forms and get the items ready to post
  4. Post it back to our Head Office address below

For faulty items:

  1. Contact us for the reason (with faulty image attached)
  2. Get the Return Slip from us
  3. Fill out the forms and get the items ready to post
  4. Post it back to our Head Office address below.

 

Q. Do you also pay the return postage fee for us? 

NO, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded form the returned amount
