REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Policy
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. On this page you will find details about how to return or exchange your purchases made online but we have stick refunds and exchange policy so we recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
We can’t refund you if;
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
You must provide your name and address
Simply change your mind and made the wrong decision such as size and colour.
Make damage on the product such as worn or washed
Purchased sale item.
RETURN POLICY FOR EXCHANGES
· Items purchased online can be returned to us for store credit
· Costs of return postage must be covered by the customer unless it is a faulty item, and must be completed within 7 days of purchase
· The items must be in their original condition with the tags attached and unworn or washed
· Please note that items purchased online CANNOT be returned or exchanged in store
· If you post your return after the 7 days, you may be charged a late return fee
· You must provide your name and address and if you are requesting an “exchange for store credit” or “a return of a faulty item”
*Items purchased in online store cannot be returned and exchanged in brick and mortar stores.
FAULTY ITEMS RETURNS
If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
ONLINE RETURNS VIA RETURN POST
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online via post at your own cost. Please inform Online shopping mall team during the hours of 9 am to 5:30pm AEST Monday to Friday by phone or email as below:

Please provide the following information so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
Date your order was placed, if applicable
Your Sales Order Reference Number, if available
Your tracking number, if available
Brief description of the problem you are experiencing
Alternatively, you can complete the Online Returns and Exchange Form on the back of your packing slip
There is a flat delivery fee of $8.95 with a delivery duration of 3-5 working days for items up to 3kg. WA and Tasmania delivery may take up to 7 days.
PO BOX is not suitable.
